Blue KC Listens panel members are sent an email with a link to a short survey. They surveys cover topics like health insurance, Blue KC products and services, the customer experience and more.
A recent Blue KC Listens survey focused on how members prefer to receive support for questions about their health insurance coverage. The survey focused on the Blue KC call center, using the Blue KC website or visiting in person at a retail location. The feedback from the survey responses was shared with our web and call center teams and gave us a deeper understanding of how our members prefer to interact with us as well as which support channels they prefer for different types of questions.
To sign up for Blue KC Listens, visit the Manage Communication section of MyBlueKC.com and opt in to the panel. You’ll receive about one survey a month. All completed survey responses are entered into a drawing for Amazon gift cards. Be a part of Blue KC Listens and let your voice be heard!
